Upon retirement from teaching elementary school, I was offered some work as a senior companion caregiver on a part time basis. While this was quickly evident of 'living the dream,' I knew there was more for me. My passion and purpose was to create time to merge the reflections of my body, mind, and soul into words. I now dance with the words to write the songs of my heart to share and inspire the purpose and love in each of us.
