Grudgemental

Life is not actually black and white,

it is being aware of the flow

without judgment that helps us balance.

Each of us has our own purpose and path in life – the core of which is to honor and uplift others. Going forward in the start of 2017 focus on your purpose. Be aware of your light within that you came to share – shine despite the clouds that you know will come into your day.

Take care to leave the past in the past. Too often we hold onto the negatives of yesterday, dragging a lifetime of judging and grudges around within us. This only perpetuates a grudgemental attitude. Let the clouds of judgment and grudges pass by as your light still shines unconditionally.

What if the sun judged all of the clouds of the past and held a grudge – because after all, it can be a daily occurrence! If the sun were to become that judgmental of the clouds, I believe it may forget to shine. Thank goodness nature does not operate that way!

The sun just shines all the love that it is. There is no judgment when the cloud blocks it's rays from reaching the earth. For the cloud has its own purpose – to provide shade or rain for all below. The cloud does not judge the sun for shining either. Again, it is the flow without judgment that helps us to balance…the same synergy as the sun and the clouds.

Some days will just bring big dark storm clouds. But these too shall pass – they just require more faith and patience on our parts. Think of those clouds as a quiet time to go within and reflect in the shade of your inner self. And remember that all the clouds will eventually pass.

Who, what, or where do you harbor and drag the heavy baggage of a grudgemental attitude? Open up that awareness and release it lovingly. Begin to let your life flow with the knowing of the clouds and the sun.
