April Showers

Everything in nature is budding or blooming...are you? We have had thoughts of moving forward since the new calendar year. What seeds did you want to plant this spring? I have just declared to come out of March like a lion – moving my energy to a place that is more aligned to my purpose. What have you consistently put on the back burner…or waited for so others could go first? What have you longed for, but kept in your heart? It is time for you to move from that state of being to a call of action! Whatever it is - move it out, move it up - just move it...say it out loud…shout it with glee… Let go of the resistance on all levels and let your light shine.

Motivation is abounding this time of year – the birds are singing their songs of love and busyness, as their joyful notes resound to the heavens and back. The daylight is calling us to action with a longer time to enjoy the golden rays of sunshine or daylight. We are lighter. Don’t let those April showers get in your way - let them fuel you just as the water does the growth of spring. Whether it is the torrential downpours that really get your attention and get things flowing – or the gentle rains that lead your thoughts in quiet tasks - embrace it all! Mix it with the sunshine, and check it often to see the excitement of the new growth that springs forward from just one action.

Take time to prune those seedlings and then fertilize it with loving, encouraging thoughts. Keep them within reach so you can nurture them, and anticipate the blossoms. Lastly, take time to weed. What is it that keeps popping up in your garden of life and choking or just distracting from the beauty of your plantings? Move – grow – shine! It is time to thrive!
